Here’s exactly how SIP Happens gets from our warehouse to your cup — what it costs, when we ship, how long it takes, and what happens when the universe (or USPS) gets weird.

What Shipping Costs

Flat $7.80 via USPS. Every order. No matter what you put in your cart.

No tiered rates. No mystery surcharges at checkout. No “free shipping if you spend $X more” math. One number — $7.80 — and we ship it USPS to all 50 states, Alaska and Hawaii included.

We don’t currently ship internationally.

When We Ship

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving them.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days will typically be processed the same day. Place an order at 1:59 PM EST? It’s probably going out today. Place it at 2:01? It’s catching tomorrow’s truck.

During peak shopping seasons such as holidays, processing times may extend to 2–3 business days. We don’t cut corners to keep up — we just need a little more time.

When It Arrives

Standard shipping within the continental United States takes 3–5 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey from Texas to wherever you happen to be.

Alaska and Hawaii ship USPS too. Transit times to AK and HI can run longer than the continental US window — that’s a USPS thing, not a SIP Happens thing — but the price stays flat at $7.80.

Stuff Outside Our Control

During periods of severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control, shipping delays may occur. This includes but is not limited to hurricanes, snowstorms, flooding, or carrier service disruptions.

When the carriers slow down, we slow down with them. We’ll keep you posted as best we can — but once a package leaves our hands, the route is theirs, not ours.

If It Shows Up Damaged or Wrong

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Bubble wrap, snug fits, the works.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly address your concerns and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

We Can Change This

We reserve the right to modify shipping rates and policies at any time, with updates posted on our website. If the $7.80 flat rate ever changes, this page changes with it. The version on this page, with the “Last Updated” date at the top, is always the live one.
