Refund and Returns Policy

Awaken Your Dark Side. Change your mind. We can take it. Last Updated: May 24, 2026

We brew SIP Happens in small batches in Texas, ship it from a real warehouse, and stand behind every packet that goes out the door. If something’s off, we want to fix it. No MLM. No monthly meeting. No downline. No phone tree from hell. Just an actual human who reads emails and makes it right. Here’s exactly how returns, refunds, and the rare “this showed up looking cursed” situations work.

What You Can Send Back

We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Because our drink packets are food-grade and meant to be consumed, we can’t accept opened items back — quality and safety rules are non-negotiable, and you wouldn’t want someone else’s rejected packets either. Accessories and any tea ware are welcome back in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

How to Start a Return

Hit us through the contact form on siphappens.com. Give us your order number and the reason for the return so we can move fast.

Once we approve it, we’ll send you return shipping instructions. A few ground rules to know up front:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is on you — unless the return is because we messed up, in which case we cover it.

Getting Your Money Back

Once your return arrives and we’ve inspected it, we’ll email you with the verdict. If it’s approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After that, plan on another 2–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to actually show it in your account. Financial institutions move at their own glacial pace and we can’t speed them up. (We’ve tried.)

If It Shows Up Damaged or Wrong

If your order arrives looking like it lost a fight, or the wrong flavors landed in the box, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the damaged products or packaging when you email — the more, the better.

We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. Our call which one, but either way you’re not eating the loss.

Returning a Gift

If SIP Happens showed up as a gift and it’s not your thing, we can issue store credit at the current selling price. The recipient just needs to contact us with the order number or gift receipt and we’ll handle the rest.

Things We Can’t Take Back

  • Seasonal drops and sale items marked “Final Sale.” When we say final, we mean it.
  • Custom or personalized orders — unless they show up damaged or defective.
  • Bundles and sets need to come back complete. Partial returns get turned away at the door.

Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges — it gets messy and slows everyone down. If you want a different flavor, return the original following the steps above and place a new order for the one you actually want. Faster for you, cleaner for us.

Talk to a Human

Got a question before you ship anything back? Hit the contact form on siphappens.com first. We answer every email, usually within a business day, and a quick message can save you a trip to the post office.

We Can Change This

We reserve the right to modify this policy whenever the situation calls for it. Any changes get posted to this page with a fresh “Last Updated” date at the top — so it’s always the live version.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy chips away at the statutory rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws. Whatever your state, province, or country guarantees you stays guaranteed.
